Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cloud Clip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Cloud Clip is provided as a free, temporary file and text sharing utility.

User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of any files or text you upload to Cloud Clip. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. However, you are solely responsible for the content you share through this service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Cloud Clip to upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content of any kind, including material that violates local, national, or international laws.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful software.
• Copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder.
• Abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing text or media.
• Content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way.

We reserve the right to remove any content and block access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Semi-Public Nature of Shared Content

Content shared through Cloud Clip is accessible to anyone who has the 6-digit clip code. While codes are randomly generated and difficult to guess, they are not encrypted or password-protected. You should not use Cloud Clip to share highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated data (e.g., passwords, financial records, medical information).

Temporary Storage & Data Loss

Cloud Clip is a temporary sharing service. All files and text are automatically deleted after the user-selected expiry period (between 10 minutes and 3 days). We are not liable for any data loss that occurs when clips expire, during service maintenance, or due to unexpected downtime. Do not use Cloud Clip as a storage or backup solution.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cloud Clip is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that files will remain available for the full duration of the expiry period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Clip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access to shared content, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
